Planning apartment moving in Lexington
For Lexington, separate a change of address from moving within the same property. A room-to-room project, a storage transfer, and a household move need different inventories and equipment decisions.
What to check at your Lexington property
Give the proposed loading position and the complete path to the items. Include any split-level steps, exterior route, or finished surface that needs protection discussed in advance.
Prepare this apartment moving request
- Give the floor number and tell us which floors have elevator access.
- Share elevator reservations, loading appointments, and any requested insurance documentation.
- Measure the largest pieces against doorways, landings, and the destination room.
Agree the scope before moving day
Packing, disassembly, storage, and additional stops should be specified rather than assumed to be part of apartment transport.
For a Lexington downsizing move, confirm which items fit the destination's room plan. Arrange decisions about items staying behind before the crew starts moving the approved load.
A local guide is not an automatic booking. Call with your item list and route details; confirm suitability, preparation, dates, and the written scope with the team.
