Site preference: session storage
The BSM templates do not directly set analytics or advertising cookies. The session-storage flag bsm-cookie-notice-dismissed remembers notice dismissal in the current tab. It contains no contact details, move dates, addresses, or inventory. Unlike a cookie, it is not automatically attached to requests.
The preference lasts for the tab’s session, subject to browser restore/site-data settings. If storage is unavailable, the notice may reappear. The planner does not persist entries in this flag or elsewhere in browser storage.
Dismissal is not consent
“Got it” only dismisses this information notice. It does not enable tracking, opt into texts, submit a quote, or accept a moving agreement. It is not an advertising-consent manager and does not control scripts/cookies inside SmartMoving’s separate service.
Optional quote provider and conversion tracking
The native quote page does not load the embedded SmartMoving app. An optional alternate-form link opens SmartMoving separately; choosing it connects your browser directly to that service. The provider may use cookies/storage when loaded; submission may run existing tracking.
The BSM templates, including the native quote form and its receipt message, do not directly embed analytics or advertising pixels. If you choose the alternate SmartMoving form, its existing success-page configuration contains Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and a Meta pixel. Completing the optional form may activate that tracking and existing inquiry email/SMS workflows. Google and Meta may receive browser, device, cookie, page, and conversion-event information according to that configuration. The embedded flow is not described as tracking-free; no claim is made that every browser blocks those requests.
Provider information: Google privacy policy, Meta privacy policy, and SmartMoving privacy policy. These describe general practices, not an audit of this account’s payloads or cookies. Active tracking, data sharing, and any consent requirements must be confirmed before publication.
Hosting and security
Public hosting/delivery may use operational or security cookies depending on enabled features. Cloudflare lists feature-specific cookies in its cookie reference, not proof a named cookie is active here. Actual names, purposes, durations, and consent controls need a staging audit before launch.
Your choices
You can avoid the optional form, use browser privacy/site-data controls, and contact vlad@limitlessmoving.com or (508) 205-9648 instead. Clearing the preference makes the notice reappear. Third-party blocking may affect the form but does not guarantee every tracking request is blocked. Read the privacy notice for inquiry handling and requests.
