Planning appliance moving in Newton
Newton addresses need more detail than the city name alone. Include the full street address and entrance instructions so the moving plan is tied to the correct property and loading route.
What to check at your Newton property
Describe stair turns, split levels, and the path from the truck to the room. For a multi-unit property, specify which entrance and floor belong to your move.
Prepare this appliance moving request
- Provide model numbers or dimensions and tell us whether an appliance is stacked or built in.
- Arrange appropriate disconnection, draining, and preparation by qualified people where required.
- Check door openings, stairs, floor protection, and final placement at delivery.
Agree the scope before moving day
Moving an appliance does not include electrical, gas, plumbing, installation, or operational testing unless separately and explicitly arranged with a suitable provider.
For an in-city Newton move, compare access at both homes before deciding what can stay assembled. The same piece can leave one home easily but need disassembly to enter the next.
A local guide is not an automatic booking. Call with your item list and route details; confirm suitability, preparation, dates, and the written scope with the team.
